       As business volume grew, Juneyao Airlines 'legacy SMS platform faced recurring issues: inconsistent SMS port numbers that compromised passenger experience; delayed message delivery and unresponsive status updates; inadequate management features including account administration, bidirectional query systems, channel management, and reconciliation processes; limited capacity to handle bulk SMS operations, which hindered passengers' access to flight information during mass flight disruptions; lack of international SMS support; and insufficient platform stability.
